Journey By Private Helicopter
Wine, Dine and Wild: Three Days, Two Nights
With a maximum of six travel companions per helicopter, the exclusivity of these adventures is unparalleled. Take off in your private helicopter to enjoy a scenic flight over Sydney Harbour and the Hunter Valley Wine Region. Cruise across the incredible Blue Mountains to land directly on one of Australia’s most impressive vineyards Printhie Wines.
From Orange, you will head to the wild west and enjoy an exclusive few days being wined and dined by The Cocky’s Wife and experiencing first-hand what life on an Australian outback farm is really like (with quite a few luxuries thrown in!).
Your return trip flies over the Western Plains to land in at Lowe Family Wines for a true paddock to plate dining experience alongside some incredible organic wines. Just a short meander back down the grassy hill to your luxury chopper and you are up and away for the final leg back into Sydney, no doubt wishing the stay was just a little bit longer!

Unique Luxurious Station Stay Near Nyngan
My husband and I treated ourselves to a night of luxury and indulgence at Callubri Station as we returned from a motorhome trip through outback NSW. We stayed only one night – in the very comfortable River Suite right beside the Bogan River – just long enough to get a taste of Callubri Station life. The beautiful old farm buildings, some dating back to the 1800s, have been meticulously restored and the fabulous old pianola in the Shearer’s Quarters was a fun way to finish the evening after our delicious dinner and wine. Angie is an amazing cook who uses produce from her extensive garden creatively. She even has a few items such as olives, dried citrus, preserved lemons etc. for sale. Her hospitality was faultless. One tip to pass on, make sure you catch both sunset AND sunrise if you can… incredible colours! Second tip, one we’ll definitely plan for next time, add on a couples’ outdoor bath experience under the stars and the chandelier in the mosquito proof “moon bathing” truck!
