There is nothing quite like the comforting aroma of fresh, artisan bread, and we are absolutely thrilled to be packing up a piece of our kitchen garden to share with you at the upcoming local shows. Baked right here on the station, our signature sourdough loaves are crafted using our own stone-milled wheat, grown in the Callubri soil and nurtured by a beautifully aged mother yeast maintained by our wonderful community of local women.
Because everything we do is small-batch and baked with love, these golden, crusty loaves are in limited supply and tend to sell out before the morning smoko.
