Callubri Station is one of the most unique event venues in outback Australia. Steeped in more than 145 years of family farming history, the property’s 28,500 acres of working Merino sheep farm between Nyngan and Tottenham in Central West NSW provides the perfect backdrop for your destination wedding, corporate retreat or private event.

The Historic Woolshed
The original woolshed, built from raw cut timbers logged on the property, provides the perfect location for an incredible wedding ceremony, small group dining under the stars or even an immersive yoga space!
Wander back in time as you meander through the historic shearing stands with a delicious canape and glass of local wine in hand!
The Shearer’s Quarters
The Shearer’s Quarters, a former Officer’s Mess brought to the property after World War II, comfortably accommodates up to 80 guests seated indoors in a heated, air-conditioned space and up to 150 guests for a roving cocktail style service.
With a chesterfield lounge area, pianola and gramophone, vintage bentwood chairs, rustic timber tables, and exposed beams adorned with brass chandeliers, our Shearer’s Quarters Guest Lounge and Event Space is perfect for any style of event.
We have many seating layouts available to suit conferences and meetings, corporate events and workshops, retreats, seated formal dinners or keep things casual with a roving style service. Featuring an under-cover lounge deck at one end and a fully licensed shipping container bar overlooking a huge dance floor under the stars at the other end we have everyone covered!
Event Packages
Our Station offers all-inclusive packages for corporate and private events, conferences, meetings, retreats, weddings and family celebrations and milestone birthdays. With more than 15 years in the catering industry, you will be treated to mouthwatering hand-made dishes showcasing the best produce from our farm, and personal, friendly service to match.
