Our Immerse Packages (for individual room bookings and smaller non-exclusive use groups) and our Stay and Play Packages (for exclusive-use group bookings) are a fully hosted travel experience. With a maximum of 14 guests at a time, let’s just say you will want for nothing!
Hosted Stay: Immerse Package Inclusions
These packages are perfect for singles, couples, groups of friends, multi-generational family holidays and smaller group travel. Our Immerse packages can be booked just for a single room or few suites for smaller groups. These packages include all the essentials from the moment you land. So why not grab a group of friends and take to the open roads! Please note these packages are for a minimum two night stay.
- Please note: A minimum two-night stay applies with check-in from 2pm and check-out at 10am. Based on twin share. Alterations may be available by request.
- Return transfers from Nyngan or Tottenham airport (35 mins one way) or our own station airstrip (TBC late 2025)
- One three-hour guided activity per full day with coffee, tea or hot chocolate, baked goods and a Ploughman’s Platter lunch included on morning tours and sundowner drinks with canapes atop The Lookout for afternoon tours.
- King/Twin share accommodation in the Sky Suites, The River Suite or The Lorries.
- Complimentary boutique body and hair products.
- A daily breakfast consisting of cereal, yoghurt, house made bread, a selection of spreads and hand-made breakfast pastries.
- Premium black and herbal teas, French press and espresso coffee, local milk and orange juice.
- Complimentary non-alcoholic minibar stocked with a house-made cordial, water and snacks.
- Set two course dinner (mains and dessert) at The Shearers’ Quarters each evening accompanied by a bottle of premium local wine. Additional beverages are available to purchase. As we are a licensed venue please note we ask for no BYO.
Exclusive Use: Stay and Play Package Inclusions
These packages are perfect for couples, small group travel, corporate retreats and multi-generational family holidays. Together with our River Suite we offer up to 5 suites for your group’s exclusive use. Undoubtedly the most exclusive experience west of the blue mountains, our Stay and Play packages include everything from the moment you land. So why not grab a group of friends and splash out on a private helicopter or charter a plane to see the very best of the Outback from the air?
- Return private transfers from our local airports (on site air strip coming soon)
- Luxurious accommodation in our Sky Suites (twin/king share) with daily service.
- High end commercial linens and boutique body and hair products.
- Complimentary minibar stocked with our favourite non-alcoholic drinks.
- A selection of premium local wines and beers included with meals.
- Mineral bathing in our twelve-metre container pool with swim jet and sun lounges.
- A daily breakfast consisting of boutique muesli/granola/bircher, yoghurt, house sour dough with spreads, a seasonal ‘dish of the day’, silk purse tea, local espresso coffee, milk and orange juice.
- Our guest pantry stocked daily with fresh baked ‘smokos’ for morning and afternoon tea.
- A ploughman’s grazing lunch each day including home made meats, gourmet salads or warm dishes in winter, breads, desserts and beverages.
- One 3hr hosted farm tour per day. Our morning tours include fresh barista espresso coffee or tea and baked goods. Our afternoon tours include sundowner beverages and canapes atop ‘The Lookout’ at golden hour.
- Cocktail hour with pre-dinner canapes and aperitifs each evening.
- Three course full service chef’s dinner at The Shearers’ Quarters and dining Under the Stars when weather permits accompanied by premium beverages from our Cocky’s Choice selection.

Things to note…
Our Sky Suites are available for you to book on these hosted packages together with our River Suite which can be added for additional guests if required.
Please note, due to a maximum capacity of two in our Sky Suites these rooms are not suitable for children under 8yrs unless accompanied by one adult. However, in exciting news, we are currently budling a new two-bedroom family suite which is due for completion late 2025. Please just drop us a line if you are interested in booking this new space.
