The Lorries – Family or Small Group Stays

The Lorries is our quirky, newly renovated family friendly two-bedroom suite perfect for either two couples or a family with up to 4 children! Perched behind two vintage farm trucks, this unique accommodation features:

  • A large master bedroom with a queen bed and lounge chair (converts to a single futon suitable for a child)
  • A second bedroom which can be set as either a king or two long singles
  • A fully furnished kitchen with freestanding oven, gas cooktop, sink and full size fridge/freezer
  • A laundry cove with washing machine a portable line to dry on
  • A bathroom with toilet, vanity and rain shower.

Positioned just behind the Sky Suites, this unique space is the perfect spot to kick back for a few nights out bush with your family and friends. The Lorries has two outdoor decks on the trays of the old ‘Thames Traders’ and offers the perfect space to relax if you are travelling with kids, family or friends.

The River Suite Accessible Accommodation

Our accessible accommodation unit, The River Suite can be booked on our self contained Escape packages, our 2-night All-Inclusive Immerse packages or added to a Sky Suite group booking if accessible or additional rooms are required.

The River Suite is located close to the Shearer’s Quarters Guest Lounge and provides accessible accommodation for up to two guests twin share with a wheelchair ramp and accessible ensuite.

All our suites offer guests a luxurious king bed with cotton blend linen, feather doona together with a selection of pillows to choose from. (Undoubtedly the comfiest bed this side of the blue mountains!) Large, double-glazed windows surround the bed zone with block out/sheer blinds and private views across the property. To ensure guests comfort across the seasons each room features:

  • individually controlled reverse cycle air conditioning/heating
  • electric blankets for the cooler months
  • iron and board, bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
  • Bluetooth speaker, premium waffle robes and pool towels.

The ensuite in our accessible suite also features an accessible walk-in shower, grab rails, accessible toilet, vanity with mirror along with a hair dryer and hand-crafted amenities from Native Secrets in Dubbo.

Perfect as a couples outback escape or luxury accommodation half way to Broken Hill. After all, the journey should be part of the experience.

Please note that due to our proximity to the river all units are elevated to avoid flooding. The accessible ramp is approximately 45m in length.

The Callubri Station Sky Suites provides the ultimate in luxury accommodation. With four ensuite king or twin rooms available, the accommodation is set overlooking a heated, mineral container pool with swim jet and sun lounges.

For the ultimate night’s sleep, the Sky Suites provide guests with premium king beds with commercial linen, feather doonas and a selection of pillows. Large, double-glazed windows surround the bed zone with roller block out/sheer blinds and private views across the property. The ensuite includes a walk -in shower, heated towel rail, toilet, timber vanity with mirror and hair dryer.

To ensure guests comfort across the seasons each room features:
