Overnight Oats in a Jar

A wonderfully lux but healthy way to start to the day… when breakfast is ready and waiting for you in the fridge!

Our Overnight Oats with Coconut & Seeds Pre-Mix uses our Australian rolled oats (we are working on a process to use our own too!) along with a delicious mix of spices, seeds and dried fruit. The results? A super indulgent ‘hotel style’ Bircher Muesli ready and waiting for you!

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup of our Overnight Oats Premix
  • 1/2 cup Apple, Pear or Coconut juice (or your choice of fruit juice!)
  • 2 tbl of your choice of Yoghurt (we like Vanilla Greek Style)
  • Fresh berries (we like blueberries!)
  • Toasted Coconut or our Toasted Seed Mix

Method

  • Add the fruit juice to your jar of Overnight Oats Premix, mix and leave in the fridge overnight!
  • The next morning, add your choice of Yoghurt, fresh berries, and toasted coconut or our Toasted Seed Mix on top to serve. Enjoy!
