Callubri Station will use the information you provide in this form to  to provide news on upcoming events, accommodation specials and  updates about the farm and things we think you’d like to hear about. We will never share your information with anyone else. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the footer of our emails.

Inclusions – Day Package

Inclusions – Overnight Packages

  • One two-hour guided activity per day with fresh barista coffee and baked goods on morning tours and sundowner drinks atop the lookout for afternoon tours. Please refer to our farm calendar for seasonal activities.
  • Twin share accommodation in the Sky Suites with daily service
  • Complimentary boutique body and hair products by Dindi
  • A daily breakfast basket consisting of boutique muesli, yoghurt, sour dough toast, a selection of spreads and breakfast pastries
  • Complimentary silk purse teas (6 varieties) and local French Press coffee, local milk and orange juice
  • Complimentary minibar stocked with a range of non-alcoholic drinks plus a selection of local wines and beers
  • Our guest pantry stocked daily with fresh baked ‘smokos’ for morning and afternoon tea
  • A two-course ploughman’s lunch each day including cold meats, salads and breads, house baked desserts and beverages
  • Each suite offers a kettle, toaster, microwave, iron and board, hair dryer, Bluetooth speaker, waffle robes and pool towels
  • Cocktail hour with pre-dinner canapes and aperitifs each evening
  • Three course dinner at The Shearers’ Quarters each evening accompanied by premium beverages from our Cocky’s Choice range.

Please confirm final numbers, room lists, package upgrades or additional activities and dietary requirements 14 days prior to arrival.

Dietary Requirements

We can accommodate most dietary requirements. All our local red meat is Halal. Whilst we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, dishes may contain allergen traces as all dishes are produced in the same kitchen with shared appliances.

Available Dates

Exclusive group bookings may be made year-round subject to availability, excluding our blackout period for harvest which runs from mid-October to mid-January each year (exact dates subject to crop timing). We ask that guests are made aware of potentially high temperatures in summer and that adjustments may be made to ensure guest comfort for bookings from October to March.

Payment Policy

50% deposit due 60 days prior to guest arrival. The remaining 50% will be invoiced and due prior to guest arrival. Alternate terms may be individually negotiated upon request – credit applications will apply.

Booking Policy

No refunds can or will be given in connection with circumstances arising beyond the reasonable control of Callubri Station eg. flight delays or guest failure to appear for accommodation. No refund can be given for any unused services or early departures. We strongly urge comprehensive travel insurance to cover clients for cancellations, medical emergencies, additional expenses etc.

  • Any cancellations made 61 days or more prior to arrival; no cancellation fees apply.
  • Any cancellations made 60 – 31 days prior to arrival; a 50% cancellation fee applies.
  • Any cancellations made 30 – 15 days prior to arrival; 75% cancellation fee applies.
  • Any cancellations made 14 – 0 days prior to arrival; 100% cancellation fee applies.
  • No refund will be given for any unused services or early departures.

Please note we are located on a gravel road and may not be passable to some vehicles after significant rainfalls. We are happy to provide a pickup service under these circumstances and will advise a secure location to leave your vehicle accordingly. In the rare event that the road is cut by floodwaters we will provide a minimum 5 days’ notice and will endeavour to assist with suitable alternate accommodation options. A full refund will be provided.


Damages are the responsibility of the guest. Callubri Station and The Cocky’s Wife accept no responsibility for damaged or lost property. No refund will be given for any unused services or early departures.

Public Holiday Surcharge

Please note a surcharge of 20% will apply for bookings made on all NSW public holidays: (2025 Public Holidays TBC)
